Studies show that only 35% of STEM jobs in the U.S. are held by women. At major tech companies like Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft, this number is even lower, around 31%. The higher up in leadership roles you look, the fewer women there are.

A free coding course for women and those who are gender nonconforming is Ada Developers Academy.
